摘要
针对挤压成形的高温弹体壁厚差与形位误差在线测量难题,提出一种新的测量原理,成功研制专用弹体几何精度测量系统。介绍系统的工作原理、基本构成、软硬件系统,以及数据处理和弹体热变形补偿的方法,并给出测量实例。实际使用表明,该系统能够实现对弹体准确、快速的自动测量,可以解决弹体自动化生产的一项难题。
In view of the measuring problem for dimension, form and position error of shell body in high temperature, a new principle is proposed and a special measuring system is successfully developed. The working principle, basic structure, software and hardware of the system, and the methods of data processing and compensation of thermal deformation are introduced. A measuring example is given. The practical use indicates this system can realize automatic measurement of shell body accurately and rapidly, thus solving a difficult problem of hot extrusion forming line of shell body.
