摘要
在冶金中,高炉是一种常用的结构形式,它们的构造较为复杂,但基本组成是高炉钢炉壳和内衬。通过大型有限元软件三维建模,对高炉炉缸部分进行三维建模分析,采用参数化计算的方式分析内衬对高炉炉壳的受力影响,为设计者提供参考,也为研究者提供一种新的计算思路。
Commonly seen in metallurgical industry,the structure of blast furnace is relatively complicated but basically consisted of a shell and lining. Through setting up a three dimension model with a large finite element software,the hearth of blast furnace was analyzed with 3D model. Parametric calculation was also used to analyze the effect of furnace lining on the stress of furnace shell,to provide some reference for designer as well as a new calculation approach for other researchers.
