摘要
为了延长转炉炉壳的寿命,降低耐火材料的消耗,进行炉体热膨胀应力的精确计算是十分必要的。本文以有限元为手段,采用ANSYS软件包,利用单元生死来描述膨胀缝的尺寸和位置,对炉体进行了热膨胀应力计算,此计算是炉体热膨胀应力定量化研究的新探索,对炉体热强度设计具有一定的参考价值。
In order to prolong the longevity of BOF vessel and reduce the consumption of refractories,it is quite essential to calculate exactly thermal expansion stress for BOF body.This article is based on the FEM and adopts ANSYS software package and makes use of 'Elements Live or Dead'concept to describe the size and the location of the expansion seams(joints),and it calculates thermal expansion stress for BOF body.The calculation is a new exploration of quantitative study for thermal expansion stress.It takes on definite reference value for design of thermal intension for BOF body.
