学前教育专业实验性课程评价的现状及改进方案

摘要 高等院校学前教育专业肩负着培养未来优秀幼师的重任,学生中的大部分未来要从事一线教学工作,教学评价的发展性功能在某些程度上能够对幼儿的学习起到促进作用,因此学前教育阶段的评价将会越来越充当学前教育研究的重点。本文在新的评价标准指导下,从实验性课程出发,探索学习评价在学前教育阶段的重要作用和教育阶段的学习评价研究,以及如何进行教学评价。全文以学前教育阶段实验性课程为基础,综合利用各类研究方法,通过查找文献、观察取材、访谈了解以及文本分析等方式,将影响学习评价研究的因素分为教师的个人因素、教学的环境因素和教学内容因素、社会和家庭因素等方面,综合对学习评价进行探索和研究。 The preschool education major of higher education e- valuation shoulders an important mission of cultivating excellent teachers for preschool education in the future. Most preschool e- ducation majors will be engaged in frontline teaching in the fu- ture. The developmental function of teaching evaluation can pro- mote children's learning in some ways, so the evaluation at the stage of preschool education has become a focus of preschool ed- ucation research. Guided by the new evaluation standard, starting from experimental courses, this paper explores the important role of learning evaluation at the stage of preschool education, focus- ing on the research of learning evaluation at the education stage and how to carry out teaching evaluation. Based on experimental courses at the stage of preschool education, this paper compre- hensively uses multiple research methods, such as literature, ob- servation, interview and text analysis, to classify the factors influ- encing learning evaluation research into teachers' individual fac- tors, factors of teaching environment, factors of teaching content,family and social factors, and makes a comprehensive exploration and study on learning evaluation.
