摘要
本研究采用了职业能力测评数据库数据样本,采用完全客观化数据研究模型,以数据实证探究的形式,探究个性特征,兴趣、价值取向,能力因子构成等影响高职学生职业能力复合因素,抽取分析采集有效样本数据中有价值隐含信息,以期对高职大学生职业能力状态及关联因素进行解析,把握高职大学生职业能力状况基本特点,为进一步的高职课程设计和教学模式设计提供科学依据。
Based on the Vocational Ability Evaluation Database samples and the research model of complete objective data, this paper explores the complex factors on the vocational college students ability composed by the personality characteristics, interest, value orientation, capacity components and so on. This paper also analyzes the valuable information hidden in the effective sample data, which aims to take an analysis on the status and related factors of college students vocational ability, to get to have a good grasp about the basic characteristics of Higher Vocational College Students＇ professional abilities of and provide a scientific basis for further curriculum design in tligher Vocational Education and teaching design.
