摘要
针对TC4/TA18钛合金蜂窝夹层结构,采用Ti-37.5Zr-15Cu-10Ni非晶箔带钎料,研究钎焊温度和保温时间对TC4/TA18钛合金蜂窝夹层结构接头微观组织及力学性能的影响,优化出TC4/TA18钛合金蜂窝夹层结构较优的钎焊工艺为920℃/保温90min和钎料添加量80μm,该工艺参数下钎焊接头的室温拉脱强度平均值最高,可达19.82MPa,破坏部位为TA18钛合金蜂窝芯。
TC4/TA18 titanium alloy honey-comb sandwich construction is brazed by amorphous foil solder Ti-37.5Zr-15Cu-15Ni (mass fraction). The effect of brazing temperature and holding time on the micro-structure of brazing interface and the tensile strength of TC4/TA18 titanium alloy honeycomb sandwich construc-tion is researched. The optimized brazing technology is 920℃/90min with 80μm solder in depth. With the opti-mized brazing technology, the average value of the tensile strength of specimens is 19.82MPa, and the honeycomb core is the weak part.
