Microstructure and Mechanical Performance of Joints by Hybrid Electron Beam Welding with Brazing

摘要 采用扫描电镜、能谱分析和X射线衍射分析等测试手段,对接头的微观组织形貌、元素成分分布和界面反应产物等进行了分析研究。并分别对复合焊接头和电子束焊接头的弯曲性能进行了比较分析。结果表明,在适当的工艺条件下,可以实现TA15钛合金T型接头的电子束和钎焊复合焊接。复合焊接中钎焊的接合主要是Cu、Ni元素的扩散和界面发生反应的综合结果。复合焊接头的弯曲性能和压缩性能与电子束焊接接头基本相当。 The microstructure,element distribution and interfacial reaction were studied by means of scanning electron micrograph(SEM),energy spectrum analysis(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The mechanical performance of the joints both by hybrid electron beam welding with brazing and by electron beam welding were tested.The results show that with proper parameters,TA15 titanium alloy T-joints are acquired by hybrid electron beam welding with brazing.The brazed joint results from element diffusion and interfacial reaction.The bending capability or compression performance of the joint acquired by hybrid electron beam welding with brazing is basically equal to the one only by electron beam welding.
