摘要
目的研究超声手段应用于腹部常见淋巴结肿大临床诊断中发挥的效果。方法选择2010年3月~2014年3月本院144例腹部淋巴结肿大患者,选择超声二维图像手段开展临床检测,分析患者具体临床表现。结果本次研究中腹部淋巴瘤患者52例,属于转移性淋巴结患者的有66例,属于炎性淋巴结患者的有26例。结论针对腹部淋巴结患者采用超声二维图像方法进行检查,能够清晰了解和分析患者的病变情况,超声检查手段能够为腹部淋巴结肿大等的临床诊断提供科学参考依据。
Objective To study on Application of ultrasonic method in common abdominal lymph node enlargement effect play in clinical diagnosis. Methods 2010 March to 2014 March in our hospital 144 cases of abdominal lymph nodes in patients with two-dimensional ultrasound image, choose the way to carry out the clinical detection, analysis of patient specific clinical manifestation. Results In this study 52 patientsof abdominal lymphoma, which belongs to the metastatic lymph nodes i patients with 66 cases, lymph node inflammation belongs to the patient in 26 cases. Conclusion Check for two-dimensional ultrasound image using the method of abdominal lymph nodes in patients with, can clearl understand and analyze the lesions in patients with ultrasound examinatio means, can provide scientific reference for clinical diagnosis of abdomina lymph node enlargement.
