摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和D-二聚体（DD）检测水平在急性脑梗塞患者中的变化情况。方法选择2012年7月~2014年4月本院神经内科收治的急性脑梗塞患者94例和本院体检的健康人群50例,行同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体水平的检测,分析两组的差异。结果急性脑梗塞患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和D-二聚体（DD）检测水平较正常健康人群明显上升。结论急性脑梗塞患者Hcy和DD测定值明显上升,及早检测有利于急性脑梗塞临床的早期诊断和治疗。
Objective To investigate the plasma homocysteine（Hcy） and two D-dimer（DD） levels change in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods From 2012 July to 2014 April in our hospital health population of patients with neurological department of internal medicine treated 94 cases of acute cerebral infarction and the hospital physical examination of 50 cases, lines of homocysteine and D_ detection of two level of D-dimer, analyze the differences between the two groups. Results In patients with acute cerebral infarction and the plasma homocysteine（Hcy） and two D- dimer（DD） levels increased significantly compared with the normal group. Conclusion Hcy and DD in patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly increased, the early detection and early diagnosis and treatment for acute cerebral infarction.
