摘要 目的探索临床课理论-见习一体化教学在本科四年级儿科学中的应用。方法将我院2008级、2009级临床专业四年级见习班的学生分为实验组(n=12)和对照组(n=36),分别采用理论-见习一体化教学方法和传统大班授课教学方法,比较教学效果。结果实验组的学生对小儿肺炎的知识点掌握、查体技能、临床思维、诊断能力等方面均较对照组优异(P<0.05)。结论临床课理论-见习一体化教学方法优于传统大班授课教学方法,大大提高本科四年级见习学生的临床综合能力。 Objective To discuss the application of theory- practice integration in the teaching of pediatrics for senior undergraduate. Methods The undergraduate major in clinical medicine of class 2008 and 2009 were divided into study group(n=12) and control group(n=36), students in study group were taken theory- practice integration method, while students in control were taken routine teaching method, the teaching effect were compared. Results Students in study group were significantly better than control group in the mastering degree of field knowledge, clinical thinking and diagnostic capability of infantile pneumonia(P〈0.05). Conclusion The theory-practice integration teaching is better than traditional large-class, which is good to improve the students' clinical comprehensive ability.
