摘要
研究高铝粉煤灰烧结法提取氧化铝工艺中溶出浆液的固液快速分离。结果表明,与沉降槽相比,采用卧式螺旋离心机进行溶出浆液的快速分离,能够降低溶出浆液的二次反应,熟料中氧化铝溶出率提高1.5%,滤饼水分平均为36.94%,滤液浮游物平均为0.02 g/L,运行效果良好。通过XRD、SEM等分析手段对离心机设备结疤的机理进行探讨,显示结疤主要物相为二次反应产物水化石榴石和水合铝硅酸钠。
The solid-liquid rapidly separation in the process of alumina leaching from high alumina fly ash by sintering process is investigated. The results show that comparing with the settling tank, the horizontal spiral centrifuge is adopted for the solid-liquid rapidly separation, the secondary reaction in the dissolution slurry can be reduced, and the alumina dissolution rate in clinker is increased by l. 5% , the average filter cake moisture is 36.94% , the suspended material averaged 0.02 g/L. The operating results are satisfied. The production mechanism of the incrustant on the centrifuge equipment are analyzed by XRD and SEM, the main phases in the incrustant are secondary reaction product, hydrate garnet and sodium aluminosilicate hydrate.
