摘要
对以一水硬铝石为主的低品位铝土矿进行碱石灰溶出研究,确定溶出方案及最优技术参数。以文山铝土矿为原料,考察苛性碱浓度、温度、液固比、石灰加入量、时间等因素对铝土矿溶出效果的影响。结果表明,在母液苛性碱浓度240 g/L,溶出温度270℃,液固比6∶1,石灰加入量8%,时间60 min的条件下,Al2O3溶出率达到90.03%。石灰的加入不仅能有效减少Si O2的溶出,而且能显著提高Al2O3的溶出率。
The lime digestion process of low grade bauxite with diaspore as the main mineral was studied. Di- gestion scheme and optimized technical parameters were determined. The process parameters effecting the digesting rates of bauxite, such as caustic concentration, temperature, liquid-solid ratio, lime addition and time, were inves- tigated. The experimental results show that 90.03% of A12O3 is digested from bauxite under the following condi- tions: the caustic concentration 240 g/L, the temperature 270 ℃, the liquid-solid ratio 6: 1, the lime addition 8% of the mass of the ores, the time 60 min. The addition of lime can not only decrease the digestion of SiO2 , but also increase AI203 digesting rate observably.
