摘要
目的了解北京市东城(北)区中小学校传染病防控工作现况,为提高学校传染病工作防控水平提供参考依据。方法对东城(北)区以校址为单位的72所中小学校展开普查,对每校1名主要负责校医采取访谈式问卷调查。结果 72所中小学校10项传染病管理制度建制率为100%;主要6项防控措施达标率70.8%,中、小学校分别为71.7%和69.4%,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。中小学校校医配置及疫情报告人学历、职称等4项指标总达标率为71.2%,中、小学达标率分别为84.2%和61.9%,中学优于小学,差异有统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。对监测的72所学校缺勤与症状信息分析,53.1%的学校有晨、午检信息及对有症状学生追踪的记录。结论学校防控传染病制度的实施有待提高,必须加强学校保健队伍建设,提高人员防控传染病专业素质的工作能力。
Objective To study the current situation of prevention and control of infectious diseases among primary and middle schools in Dongcheng（north） district of Beijing, so as to provide evidence for strengthening prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods A interviewing questionnaire survey on prevention and control of infectious disease was conducted among 72 primary and middle schools in the district. Results Establishment rate of 10 infectious diseases management system achieved 100% among this schools in the district. The rate of reaching the standard in 6 main prevention and control measure account for 70.8%. It is 71.7% and 69.4% in middle schools and primary schools respectively. There is no statistical difference（P 〉 0. 05 ） between the rate a primary and middle schools. The overall rate of reaching the standard including school doctors＇ assignment, outbreak reporter＇ s education background and job title in the primary and middle schools is 71.2%. It is 84.2% and 61.9% in primary and middle schools respectively. The rate in middle schools is higher than that in primary schools, the difference is statistically significant（P 〈 O. 05）. By analyzing information of absence and symptom inspection in 34 schools, it display that there is record system of morning check, noon check information and tracking of student with symptom in 76. 5% schools. Conclusion It needs to be improved on implementation of infection diseases prevention and control system in schools. We have to consolidate the building of school health team and enhance the professional ability of infection diseases prevention and control.
