摘要
目的 探讨中医治疗哮病的临床体会。方法 选取2011年4月-2013年1月我院收治的44例哮病患者的资料进行分析。结果 治疗结束后,完全缓解28例,部分缓解10例,好转5例,无效1例。结论 治疗哮病的方剂多能平喘化痰,用药较分散,核心组合有理气化痰类及宣肺平喘类,所得新方可认为由类方化裁而成。
Objective To explore the clinical experience of TCM treatment of asthma disease. Methods Selected 44 cases of asthma from April 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital were analyzed. Results After treatment, 28 cases of complete remission, partial remission in 10 cases, 5 cases improved, 1 patient in vain. Conclusion The treatment of asthma and asthma disease prescription pluripotent phlegm, more decentralized administration, core portfolio xuanfei rational gas phlegm and asthma class, it means that the resulting new side of the made by the class.
