摘要
目的探究利巴韦林联合喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法将小儿手足口病患者70例随机分组,对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,观察组采用利巴韦林联合喜炎平治疗。结果两组体温恢复正常时间、皮疹消退时间、总有效率,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论利巴韦林联合喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect on ribavirin combined with xiyanping in treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease. Methods Selected 70 cases with hand foot and mouth disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group treated with ribavirin, observation group were treated with ribavirin combined with xiyanping injection. Results The two groups of body temperature returned to normal time, rash subsided time, the total effective rate was different, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Ribavirin combined with xiyanping injection is effective in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.
