摘要
目的：探讨分析健康教育对小儿手足口病护理效果的影响。方法选取我院2013年7月-2014年7月收治的小儿手足口病患儿210例，随机分为观察、对照两组各105例。结果（P〈0.05）差异有统计学意义，观察组患儿并发症率为6.7%，对照组并发症率为18.1%，观察组患儿并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论将健康护理干预措施应用在小儿手足口病的治疗中，增强其遵医行为，缩短小儿手足口病的治疗周期及减少并发症。
Objective To study the health education influence on nursing effect of children with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods There were 210 cases of children were illed with hand, foot and mouth disease from July 2013 to July 2013, 105 cases were randomly divided into two groups for observation. Difference was statistically signiifcant. Results （ P〈0.05 ）, the complication of observation group’rate was 6.7%, the complication of control group’ rate was 18.1%, the complication rate of observation group was signiifcantly lower than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Health care interventions could be applied to the treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease, the medical behavior should be enhanced to shorten the period of the treatment in children with hand, foot and mouth disease and reduce the complications.
