摘要
目的探讨不同术式治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法从我院收治的腹股沟疝患者中抽取80例患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和实验组两组,每组40例。对照组的患者采用巴氏法修补术,实验组的患者采用善释填充式补片修补术。结果实验组的卧床时间以及住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论善释填充式补片修补术具有很好的临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect on different surgical treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods Selected 80 cases with inguinal hernia in our hospital as the research object. divided into control group and experimental group randomly, each group of 40 cases. the control group used the papanicolaou method repair. the experimental group were treated with good release iflled patch repair. Results The experimental group, the time in bed and hospitalization time was shorter than the control group, P〈0.05, had different statistically significance. Conclusion Good release filled patch repair has a good clinical effect in the treatment of inguinal hernia.
