摘要
目的分析探讨疝补片在中老年腹股沟疝患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院60例中老年腹股沟疝患者,随机平分为观察组和对照组,观察组在术中使用轻量疝补片进行治疗,对照组在术中使用普通疝补片。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果术后6个月发生疼痛的人数观察组优于对照组,两组患者有显著性差异,有统计学意义,具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论在无张力疝修补术中使用轻量疝补片,术后6个月发生疼痛的患者人数明显减少。
Objective To analyze the application of hernia patch in elderly patients with inguinal hernia. Methods Selected 60 elderly patients with inguinal hernia, randomly divided as observation group and control group, observation group received lightweight hernia patch treatment, the control group received ordinary hernia patch. Compared two groups of clinical therapeutic effect. Results After 6 months of pain, the number of observation group is better than that in control group, two groups of patients had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of hernia patch in hernia repair operation can release pain in elderly patients.
