摘要
目的 探讨介入神经放射技术参数对影像质量的影响作用。方法 选取2013年3月-2015年3月我院收治的175例中枢神经血管疾病患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用飞利浦FD 20大平板血管造影系统进行检查,观察两种血管造影的技术参数应用情况。结果 根据不同部位,给予不同剂量对比剂,注射压力为300 PSI,延迟1 s注射。采用手推注射器进行微导管超选择造影。根据患者病情情况选择适当的采集速度,正侧位同时造影。3 D旋转成像,高压注射器同步注射不延时,总量15 ml,注药5 s。结论 介入神经放射技术参数的设定对影像图像的获取质量具有直接关系,要根据患者不同的病情情况给予不同的参数调整。
Objective To explore the influence effect on interventional neuroradiology technical parameters of image quality. Methods Selected 175 cases clinical data with central nervous system disease in our hospital, All patients were treated with PHILPS FD 20 lfat panel system for inspection, observation technology application situation of two kinds of angiographic parameters. Results According to different part, given different doses of contrast agent injection pressure of 300 PSI, delay 1 s injection. Hand-push syringe microcatheter superselective angiography. Selected the appropriate acquisition speed according to the patient's condition, the lateral while angiography. 3 D rotational imaging, high-pressure injection syringe synchronization, without any delay, total 15 ml and injection 5 s. Conclusion Interventional Neuroradiology technical parameters set for image acquisition quality images have a direct relationship, according to the patient's condition in different circumstances give different parameters adjusted.
