摘要
介绍了广州南玻厂两座100m高烟囱爆破拆除的工程实例。结合待拆除烟囱的结构特点及周边环境,针对高耸烟囱底部各种洞口及壁厚的现实条件,灵活选取爆破切口的位置和形状,确定爆破技术参数,辅以毫秒延期起爆、簇联接力复式网路及安全防护措施,取得了良好的爆破效果,可为同类工程提供参考。
This essay illustrates the engineering example of blasting demolition of two 100m-high chimneys in Guangzhou South Glass Co., Ltd. With the consideration of the dismantled chimneys' structure and surroundings, as well as laking all of the holes at the bottom of chimneys and the wails' thickness into acconnt, the position and shape of the blasting cutting was neatly selected and designed. After determining the technical paramete~ of blasting, assisting with millisecond delay blasting, cluster relay duplex network and. safety protection measures, favorable blasting demolition was achieved which can be the reference for similar engineering.
