摘要
介绍了一座60 m高老式砖混结构烟囱的控制爆破拆除。该烟囱局部已经风化产生裂隙,烟囱结构松散,通过加大装药量,防止因烟囱裂隙而减弱爆破作用。爆破设计中,充分利用烟囱自身特点,将其两侧出灰口作为定向窗,通过合理选择切口的位置、形状以及爆破参数等,保证了爆破设计的合理性,确保了烟囱按预定方向倾倒,使其达到了预期爆破效果。
The controlled explosive demolition of one 60-meter old brick concrete chimney is introduced.There have been some cracks in the local of chimney due to the weather and its structure is loose.The charge is increased in order to prevent weakening the blasting effect by chimney crack.Pursuant to chimney characteristics,the ash holes on both sides are taken as directional windows and the blasting design is reasonable by making a proper choice of incision location,shape and blasting parameters,which ensures the chimney to collapse in preconcerted direction to meet the expected blasting effect.
