摘要
由于阅读障碍在中西方儿童中的发生率有着跨文化的普遍性,因此汉语阅读障碍干预可以借鉴西方较为成熟的研究成果。目前西方阅读障碍干预途径可以归类为语音指导、单词认读培训、阅读流畅性训练和阅读理解干预四个方面。对这四种干预途径的具体措施和效果进行总结分析,对西方干预指导原则以及研究发展思路进行讨论,可以为中国儿童阅读障碍的干预研究提供借鉴和指导。
Because of the cross-cultural similarities on the prevalence and character- istics of dyslexia among the Chinese and Western children, intervention of dyslexia in Chi- na should use intervention models established in the Western countries as a source of refer- ence. Currently there are four major intervention approaches in the West, including phonics instruction, vocabulary recognition, fluency intervention and comprehension intervention. The present article summarized the four intervention approaches and their effects. The prin- ciples of interventions and their research development were also discussed. The goal is to provide references and guidance to the intervention studies of dyslexia in Chinese children.
