摘要
肾脏在实现其生理功能的长期进化中,形成了空间排列精致的微细结构,而肾单位是实现上述功能的基本单元,因此对其发生与发育过程的研究非常重要。研究通过对C57小鼠胚龄17天、生后1天、3天、5天、7天和10天的肾脏取材,然后进行连续切片与图像采集,并配准:通过体视学方法对肾小体的面密度进行分析。结果显示,肾小体是随输尿管芽的发育由内向外逐步发生发育成熟的,至生后10天,早期肾小体结构在生后10天基本消失。
The physiological function and delicate spatial microstructures of kidneys are formed during its long-term evolution, and the basic unit of the function is nephron. Therefore, the research on kidney genesis and development is necessary. In this study, kidneys from C57 mice at Embryo 17 d and 1 d, 3 d, 5 d, 7 d 10 d after birth were taken, the tissues were serial sectioned, stained, image acquired, then aligned. The surface density of the renal corpuscle were analyze based on stereological method. The results showed that the renal corpuscle was genesis and developed with the development of ureteric bud from inside to outside gradually. The early morphological structure of renal structure was disappeared at the 10th day.
