摘要
应用显微组织学方法观察雏鸡内耳听觉器官的形态学特点并与豚鼠进行相关比较。结果显示,鸡内耳听器感觉毛细胞类型、排列方式及神经支配乃至基底膜、盖膜构筑等与豚鼠十分相似。提示二者在其发生与发育过程中具有明显的种属同源性。并对其组织学特点以及在实验研究中的应用价值进行了讨论。
The histological features of inner ear auditory receptor organ in avian animal ?chicken were investigated by using the light microscopic methods. Furthermore,the same sturcture of guiner pig was compared with it. The results showed that the auditory receptor of inner ear in chicken was rather similar to that of the guinea pig in cell type, arrangement model,innervation and membrane, artitectures,which indicated that the both animals were homologous. These morphological characteristics and the significance of experimental research were discussed.
