摘要
本文以满足大规模保障房住区老年人基本需求的角度为出发点,基于可持续理念,构建一个由政府主导、社会组织协助、实现年轻老年人再就业的居家养老模式,且对该模式的关键环节进行了初步探讨。文章以南京市丁家庄社区为例,结合问卷调研和深度访谈,模拟了依托大规模保障房住区实现老年人再就业的居家养老服务模式,在分析关键环节的同时,为实施路径的进一步研究提出了思路。
This article takes the goal of meeting tile needs of elderly from security housing as the starting point, structures a emerging model of aged-care at home ,which is government-led and assisted by society to realize old people＇s re-employnlent based on a sustainable idea.This article takes the example of community in Dingjiazhuang of Nanjing.
