摘要
人文素质是技术工人的职业生涯发展的基础,现代企业要求技术工人具备较高的人文素质;人文素质培养的主要目标包括传授人文知识、建立人文思想、掌握人文方法、培养人文精神;提高技术工人的人文素质,必须营造良好的人文环境,加强人文关怀,把人文知识的传授贯穿、融合在技术工人继续教育的全过程中。
Humanistic quality is the basis of the career development for technicians, modern cor- porations require their technicians to have a higher humanistic quality. The goals of humanistic quality training primarily are to teach humanistic knowledge, to build humanistic mind, to master humanistic method and to train the humanistic spirit. To improve the technicians＇ humanistic quality, humanistic environment must be well constructed, humanistic istic knowledge should be integrated in the process care should be enhanced, and the teaching of human- of the continuing education of technicians.
