摘要
由于实用主义和功利主义的影响,导致一些理工科大学生的人文观念错位、人文知识贫乏、人文修养欠缺、人文精神迷失。高校图书馆有着丰富的人文资源和浓郁的人文环境,在人文素质教育上有着得天独厚的优势。高校图书馆要加强资源建设,调整藏书结构,营造文化氛围,做好阅读先导,开展特色活动,加强馆际协作,提高馆员素养,有效发挥图书馆在提高理工科大学生人文素质上的作用。
Under the influence of pragmatism and utilitarianism, humanistic notion of lots of university students of science and engineering is misplaced; their humanistic knowledge is poor; their humanistic cultivation is inadequate, and their humanistic spirit is lost. University libraries have the special privileges on humanistic quality - oriented education for their rich humanistic resources and excellent humanistic environment. They will act quite effectively in improving the students＇ humanistic quality by enhancing the resources construction, adopting the categories of books collected, creating a wonderful cultural environment, acting well in guidance of reading, undertaking some special activities, strengthening the cooperation among the libraries and improving the assistants＇ qualities.
