摘要
程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)是一种新型肿瘤抑制基因,在胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌等肿瘤中表达降低。PDCD4的表达受转化生长因子-β、微小RNA等多种因素调控,同时其也可在转录和翻译水平调节多个下游基因的表达。PDCD4可通过影响细胞周期进程阻断肿瘤发展,并且其在体内的肿瘤抑制作用也通过动物实验得以证实。因此,PDCD4有望作为潜在靶点广泛应用于肿瘤的诊断和靶向治疗。
Programmed cell death factor 4 (PDCD4) is a kind of novel tumor suppressor genes and expresses lowly in gastric cancer ,lung cancer ,breast cancer and so on .The expression of PDCD4 is regulated by TGF‐βand microRNA and so on , and it can regulate the expressions of multiple downstream genes at transcription and translation levels . PDCD4 can influence cell cycle to inhibit the development of tumors ,and the tumor‐suppressor activity in vivo is confirmed through animal experiments .So PDCD4 is expected to be used in the diagnosis and targeted therapy of cancer as a potential therapeutic target .
