摘要
大规模电动汽车并网充电是我国智能电网发展与建设的一次机遇和挑战。本文以智能电网高效的通信能力为依托,建立了智能电网环境下电动汽车与新能源协同交易模式,该模式从用户追逐自身利益最大化的角度着手,通过基于动态电价的电动汽车智能充电模式为每个用户安排充电费用最优的充电计划,以基于负荷水平的实时电价体系为引导手段,最终达到引导大规模电动汽车有序充电、削峰填谷和消纳新能源的目的。利用北京地区的典型日负荷数据进行场景分析验证了该模式的有效性。
It is an opportunity and challenge for the development and construction of smart grid in China with large- scale electric vehicles charging in grid. This article established a collaborative trade mode of electric vehicles and new energy in the environment of smart grid depending on the efficient communication capacity of smart grid. From the perspective of the users pursuing their own maximum benefit, this mode arranged the optimal charging plan for each user through the EV smart charging model which based on dynamic price,using the real-time price system that based on load level as guidanee, finally achieved the objectives of guiding large-scale electric vehicles charging order- ly, peak load reduction and valley filling and acceptance of new energy. We used the scenario analysis of the typical load data in Beijing to verify the effectiveness of the mode.
