摘要
近几年来,我国新能源发展迅速,而新能源消纳问题也日渐突出。2015年弃风弃光电量达到近几年最高,这种现象主要出现在"三北"地区。根据大量研究数据,对"三北"地区的新能源消纳问题以及造成新能源消纳问题原因进行深入的分析,并对如何解决此问题提出建议。数据表明,要想推进新能源的消纳,要加强对电网的建设,同时对相关政策进行完善也是解决此问题必要之处,与此同时还要坚持市场与计划相结合。
In recent years, China has witnessed rapid development of new energy resources, and the problem of new energy consumption has become increasingly prominent. In 2015, the electricity quantity of wind abandoning and light abandoning reached the highest level in recent years, and this phenomenon mainly occurred in the ＂three north＂ region. According to a large number of research data, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the new energy consumption problem and the causes of the new energy consumption problem in the ＂three north＂ region, and puts forward Suggestions on how to solve this problem. Data show- that in order to promote the new energy given, to strengthen the construction of power grid, to perfect relevant policies at the same time is also necessary to solve the problem, at the same time also to adhere to the market combined with a plan.
