摘要
在综述型面联接和模具的快速换模基础上,将型面联接的结构设计方法应用到改进冲压模具的快速换模的结构优化设计中。首先提出冲压模具的快速换模的结构改进设计的四个要求,再研究型面联接在冲压模具的凸模冲头在凸模固定板上的快速换模的结构优化设计的两个典型应用案例,并进行结构改进方案对比。研究结果不但能提高冲压模具的快速换模的效率和减轻操作者的劳动强度;而且能拓展型面联接在结构设计优化中的应用范围。
On the basis of the review of special profile connection and quick exchange of die, this paper studies optimization design of quick exchange of die based on special profile connection. There are four pieces of requirements in the optimization design of quick exchange of die. Two cases are implemented. These cases are based on special profile connection and compared with each other. The results show that not only the quick exchange of die enhances the effectiveness and lighten the power of work, but also applications of special profile connection are extended.
