摘要
蛋白激酶D(PKD)属于钙/钙调蛋白依赖性激酶家族,可广泛参与细胞内一些关键信号通路的传导。已有研究表明PKD蛋白家族在肿瘤中表达失衡,并在肿瘤进展过程包括细胞生长、凋亡、运动及血管生成中发挥不同的生物学功能。本文主要阐述了PKD可能参与调控的肿瘤相关生物学行为,并探讨了PKD作为肿瘤治疗靶标的可能性,为进一步深入研发靶向基因治疗提供理论依据。
Protein kinase D is a calcium / calmodulin-dependent kinase superfamily,which has been documented in a variety of cellular process. Evidence has established that PKD isoforms are dysregulated in cancer cells and play different roles in cell growth,apoptosis,motility,and angiogenesis. Herein,the potential roles of PKD in caner development is reviewed to highlight the possibility of PKD as a cancer biological therapy target.
