包钢2 250 mm热连轧生产线,采用低碳、低硫、低磷,添加微合金元素铌和钛的合金设计方案,成功开发出高强度汽车大梁用钢BT610L,该钢综合性能优良,强韧性匹配良好,具有优异的低温冲击韧性和冷弯成型性能,残余应力小,完全满足用户使用要求。
The high strength automotive frame steel BT610L is successfully developed with the alloy design proposal of low carbon,low sulfur,low phosphorus and adding such micro alloy elements as niobium and titanium through 2 250 mm hot continuous rolling production line of Baotou Steel. It is with such excellent overall properties as good obdurability,low - temperature impact toughness and cold roll forming as well as less residual stress ,which could fully meet the operating requirements of users.
