摘要 通过对合金锗纤维、芦荟纤维和棉纤维的性能进行分析,制定了合理的纺纱工艺流程,将合金锗纤维和芦荟纤维进行混包制取生条,然后与棉条通过并条制得熟条,在转杯纺纱机上开发了18.2 tex 40/30/30合金锗纤维/芦荟纤维/棉纤维针织用纱。该产品具有促进新陈代谢、护肤保健和舒适透气等优良性能,为高附加值针织面料的开发提供了更加多样化的选择。 Reasonable spinning process is made by analyzing properties of germanium alloy fiber, aloe fiber and cotton fiber. Card sliver of germanium alloy fiber and aloe fiber is produced by blending fiber bale. And it is mixed with cotton card sliver by drawing process. 18.2tex germanium alloy fiber/aloe fiber/cotton fiber 40/30/30 knitting yarn is developed on rotor spinning machine. This yarn has excellent properties, such as promoting metabolism, caring skin, comfort and better breathability, and so on. It provides broad choice for development of knitting fabric with high added value.
