摘要
简述了全聚纺的原理与特点，以及在国产FAS06型细纱机上的改造实践，并对其所纺的纱线与四罗拉网格圈式紧密纺的纱线性能进行了比较。实验结果表明，全聚纺纱线条干均匀度指标较好，但强力稍低；毛羽总指数稍高，但主要是1～2mm的无害短毛羽。全聚纺填补了国内没有空心罗拉对国产细纱机改造的空白，具有一定的推广价值。
The principle and characteristics of complete condensing spinning as well as the the reforming practice on the domestic spinning frame FAS06 type are introduced with its yarn property compared with that spun by four roller lattice apron compact spinning.Experimental result shows that yarn evenness spun by the complete condensing spinning is better, but strength is slightly low, total hairiness index shows slightly higher, but it is mainly 1 - 2mm harmless short hairiness. The complete condensing spinning filled the domestic no hollow roller blank for the modification of the domestic spinning frames, that is of a certain popularization value.
