摘要 通过实验测试纯毛织物、涤/棉混纺织物、纯棉织物的折皱回复角,研究3种机织物的折皱回复性能,分析折皱回复性能测试中加压压力,织物混纺比,加、释压时间等参数对织物折皱性能的影响。结果表明:由于毛纤维的初始模量高且拉伸变形回复特性好,使得纯毛织物的折皱性最好。研究结果为最终建立织物折皱回复性能的理论预测模型,预测织物折皱回复性能奠定理论基础,也为织物服用性能的客观评价提供可能。 The performance and influences of fabric crease recovery were experimentally studied. The crease recovery property of wool fabric, wool/polyester fabrics, cotton fabric were investigated by testing the crease recovery angle of different fabric. Meanwhile, the influence of pressing force, blending ratio of fabric, time of adding and releasing pressure on the wrinkle prosperities were analyzed in this paper. The experimental result indicates that the crease recovery property of wool fabrics is optimal among all fabrics since the wool fiber has high initial modulus and good elasticity. The research results lay an foundations for developing theoretical model and predicting the wrinkle prosperities of fabric. Also, the result has provide the objective evaluation methods for evaluating the dressing performance of fabric.
