摘要
目的探究与分析Herbert螺钉治疗骨折的临床疗效与安全性。方法 57例骨折患者作为研究对象,均给予Herbert螺钉治疗,观察患者的临床疗效及患肢屈伸活动度、旋转活动度。结果患者骨折愈合时间37-48 d,平均骨折愈合时间（43.5±5.6）d,其中优19例,占33.33%,良23例,占40.35%,可13例,占22.81%,差2例,占3.51%,优良率73.68%。患者在接受治疗后,患侧与健侧的屈伸活动度和旋转活动度相比,差异均无统计学意义（t=1.56,P〉0.05;t=1.77,P〉0.05）。结论采用Herbert螺钉治疗骨折的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者的生活质量,安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Herbert screw in the treatment of fracture. Methods There were 57 fracture patients as study subjects, and they all received Herbert screw for treatment. Their clinical effects, flexion and rotation activity of affected limb were observed. Results The healing time of fracture were 37-48 d, with an average healing time as （43.5 ± 5.6） d. There were 19 excellent cases, accounting for 33.33%, 23 good cases, accounting for 40.35%, 13 moderate cases, accounting for 22.81%, and 2 had cases, accounting for 3.51%. The good rate was 73.68%. After treatment, the differences of flexion and rotation activity between affected and uninjured side had no statistical significance （t=1.56, P〉0.05; t=1.77, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Implement of Herbert screw in treating fracture can provide remarkable clinical effect with obvious improvement in life quality. This method contains high safety, and is worthy of promotion.
