摘要
目的探讨X线平片和CT三维重建在外伤性髋关节骨折诊断中的作用。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2007年1月～2010年1月收治的49例外伤性髋关节骨折患者的临床资料,对X线平片及CT三维重建检查上的髋关节骨折情况进行总结观察。结果 CT三维重建图像与X线平片诊断准确率比较差异有显著统计学意义;CT三维重建图像对骨折分型的正确检出率明显高于X线平片。结论 CT三维重建在髋关节损伤的诊断中具有明显的优越性,是诊断髋关节骨折的有效手段,适合临床广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of 3D reconstruction with spiral CT and X ray image in diagnosis and treatment of hip joint fracture.Methods To analyse retrospectively the clinical dates of 49 cases hip joint fracture patients with hip joint fracture of our hospital in January 2007 to January 2010,to sum up and observe the condition of hip joint fracture review with 3D reconstruction with spiral CT and X ray image.Results There was striking difference of diagnoses accuracy rate between 3D reconstruction with spiral CT and X ray image;to the types of cataclasis,detection rate of 3D reconstruction with spiral CT was higher than the detection rate of X ray clearly.Conclusion Comparing with routine X ray image,3D reconstruction with spiral CT technique shows incomparable superiority in the diagnosis and therapy of the hip joint injury.It is an effective methods in diagnosing hip joint fracture and should be used extensively.
