摘要 目的探讨及评价螺旋CT在骨盆骨折的诊断及治疗中的临床价值。方法对拥有完整的X线、CT及螺旋CT影像资料的34例骨盆骨折患者进行回顾性分析,并在三种影像检查方法间进行比较。结果三种方法间诊断率有显著性差异(P<0.01),二维CT与三维重建间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论CT三维重建清晰立体,可以根据需要从不同的方位显示骨盆骨折损伤情况,指导临床诊断及手术意义重大。 Objective To investigate and evaluate the clinical value of three - dimensional CT in diagnosis and treatment of pelvic fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis including 34 cases of pelvic fractures with X - rays, CT and three - dimensional CT films hve been finished, The radiological characteristics andresuhs were compared with three kinds of radioactive examination. Results The positive rate of CT scan and CT theree - dimensional reconstruction were relativelyhigher than X - ray( P 〈 0. 01 ), there were no significant difference between CT scan and CT three - dimensional( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion With clear stereo, CT three - dimensionaL reconstruction can show the injury in different directions, which was of clinical significance in diagnosis and operation.
