摘要 应用型人才培养需要新建本科院校走向转型,教师转型是高校实现转型的前提与根本。教师转型需要内外驱力的共同作用,外驱力源于高校的职能演变和经济社会发展需要,内驱力源自教师的专业发展与意义生成。通过完善培养机制可加快教师转型步伐,健全评价机制可提高教师转型效能,搭建平台机制可推动教师转型升华。 Applied talents training need to be newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities to transition, transforma- tion of teachers is the premise and fundamental transformation. Teacher transformation needs to drive a combination of inside and outside, the drive from the function evolution in colleges and universities and the economic and social development needs, drive generated from teachers' professional development and the significance, speeding up transformation of teachers through the perfect training mechanism,perfecting the assessment mechanism can increase the efficiency of the transformation of teach- ers, building platform mechanism can promote teacherg transformation of sublimation.
