摘要
目的：浅谈护理风险管理在提高ICU护理质量和职业认同感中的应用效果。方法：2013年7月起，本院ICU开展护理风险管理模式，比较护理风险管理实施前（2013年1～6月）与实施后（2013年7～12月）护理质量考核评分以及护士对护理职业的认同感。结果：实施护理风险管理后护理人员各项护理质量评分均高于实施前（P〈0.05），护理人员对护理职业认同感高于实施前（P〈0.05）。结论：采用护理风险管理模式后，不仅提高了ICU的护理质量，还提升了护理人员对自身职业的认同感。
Objective：To discuss the application effect of nursing risk management in improving nursing quality and occupation identity feeling. Methods：Form July 2013,the hospital ICU carried out nursing risk management mode,before the nursing risk management implementation（January to June 2013） and after implementation（July to December 2013）,to compare the nursing quality assessment score and nursing occupation identity feeling. Results：After the implementation of nursing risk management,the nursing quality of nursing staff were better than those of before the implementation,the difference had statis-tically significant（P〈0. 05）. The nursing occupation identity feeling of nursing staff were significantly improved than before the implementation,the differ-ence had statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：After carrying out the nursing risk management mode,not only improved the quality of nursing in ICU,but also improve the nursing staff for their own occupation sense of identity.
