摘要
以云南四楞蒿为材料,探索优化微波辅助提取黄酮的工艺,分别探讨了乙醇溶液浓度、微波功率、微波时间,料液比4种因素对四楞蒿中总黄酮提取率的影响;结果表明:当乙醇溶液浓度为40%、微波时间为90 s、料液比1:40 g/m L、微波功率为490 W时总黄酮得率最佳,在此条件下,四楞蒿中总黄酮得率达为31.7 mg/g。微波辅助提取总黄酮法,是一种高效、节能、环保,值得重视的方法。
This paper tries to improve the technology of extracting flavonoids with microwave from four-side Artemisia in Yunnan. It studies the influence of ethanol solution concentration, microwave power, microwave time, and material-water ratio to the extraction rate. The research shows that the best extraction rate comes at 40% ethanol solution concentration, 90s microwave time, 1:40 g/mL material-water ratio, and 490W microwave power, the total flavonoids rate reaches 31.7 mg/g. The microwave assisted technology is an effective, energy-saving, environment friendly approach of extracting total flavonoids.
