摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证联合西药治疗女童特发性性早熟的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年8月—2013年8月我院儿科门诊收治的特发性性早熟女童62例,将其随机分为观察组32例、对照组30例,对照组给予甲地孕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医辨证治疗,治疗6个月后,比较两组患儿临床疗效、激素水平(SH、LH以及E2)、子宫、卵巢、卵泡以及骨龄的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,对照组治疗总有效率为73.33%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿FSH、LH以及E2均无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿FSH、LH以及E2均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组FSH、LH以及E2显著低于低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫容积、卵巢容积、卵泡直径均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组△BA/△CA较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),对照组△BA/△CA治疗前后无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组子宫容积、卵巢容积、卵泡直径无显著性差异(P>0.05),而△BA/△CA观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证联合西药治疗女童特发性性早熟其临床疗效显著,能够有效抑制患儿性激素水平,消退患儿第二性征,同时能够抑制患儿骨龄的提前,延缓骨龄的过早成熟,从而弥补甲地孕酮对骨骼发育无效的不足。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of dialectical girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty. Methods：Select during August 2009 to August 2013 in our hospital department of pediatrics girls with idiopathic precocious puberty 62 cases and randomly divide them into observation group 32 cases and control group 30 cases. Control group was given megestrol acetate tablets in the treatment and the observation group added Chinese medicine dialectical treatment. After six months of treatment, the two groups were compared the clinical effi- cacy, hormone levels （ SH, LH and E2 ）, uterus, ovary and follicle and bone age changes. Results ： In the observation group, the total effective rate was 93.75% ,The control group total effective rate was 73.33% and two groups had statistically significant differ- ence （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; before the treatment, there was no significant difference in two groups of children with FSH, LH and E2 （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; after treatment, two groups children FSH, LH and E2 were lower than those before the treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） and after treat- ment observation group FSH, LH and E2 were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, two groups volume of uterus, ovarian volume, follicle diameter decreased significantly at the end of treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the observa- tion group Delta BA / Delta CA significantly decreased compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the control group delta BA/ Delta CA before and after treatment had no difference （P 〉 0.05） ; the two groups after treatment volume of uterus, o- varian volume, follicle diameter had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） and delta BA/ Delta CA of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.
