摘要
通过霍尔槽试验和模拟生箔试验,研究了双面光铜箔制造中电解液常见杂质离子对产品质量的影响。确定了杂质离子的容许含量。结果表明,电解液中ρ(Zn2+)高于2 g/L、ρ(Fe3+)高于6 g/L、ρ(Ni2+)高于3 g/L及ρ(Cr3+)高于3 g/L,均会对电解铜箔的光亮度造成不良影响。
Through hull cell tests and copper foil electrolysis simulation experiments, the influences of impurity ions in copper foil electrolyte on the foil quality were studied, and also the permissible content of impurity ions were determined. The results showed that:when Zn^2+ concentration was higher than 2 g/L, or Fe^3+ concentration was higher than 6 g/L, or Ni^2+ concentration was higher than 3 g/L, or Cr^3+ concentration was higher than 3 g/L, the impurity ions in the electrolyte would cause adverse influences on the brightness of electrolytic copper foil.
