摘要
生物滤池内的微生物对污染物的降解或转化发挥着极其重要的作用。目前通过传统分离培养法得到菌种仍然很少,该文介绍了多种分子生物学技术用于解析饮用水生物滤池细菌群落结构,并总结了细菌群落结构的影响因素。此外,还介绍了硝化细菌群落结构及其影响因素。
The attached microbes plays a crucial role in biodegradation or biotransformation of contaminants in drinking water biofilter. However,the traditional culture-dependent methods have obtained a narrow diversity of microorganisms from drinking water biofilter. The application of various biology tools in characterization of bacterial communities in drinking water biofilter was reviewed. The influential factors regulating bacterial community structure were summaried. Moreover,the advance in research of nitrifiers' communities and their drivers was also introduced.
