摘要 采用酶底物法和多管发酵法及快速纸片法,比对分析了分组环境水样中的大肠菌群,采用无菌水和标准菌种ATCC 25922(大肠埃希菌)标准菌种检验3种方法的假阳性率与假阴性率,结果表明,固定底物酶底物法与多管发酵法用于水中粪大肠菌群(耐热大肠菌群)检测结果具有一致性。 Using enzyme substrate method, muhiple -tube fermentation method and rapid paper strip method, this paper analyzed the coliforms in water comparatively and tested the false positive rates and false negative rates of three method with sterile water and standard strain ATCC 25922 ( E. coli) . The results showed that the Defined Substrate Technology (DST) enzyme substrate method had consistency with multiple. -tube fermentation method in the detection of the fecal coliforms in water.
