摘要
过分狭窄的专业教育阻碍了工科高校创新、全面人才的培养,文章在简要分析高校大类招生意义的目标基础上,结合佳木斯大学的以"厚口径、高素质"的全面人才培养为教育目标,以电气工程专业为例详细进行了一年半通识教育和两年半专业教育的创新人才改革实践,并给出了具体的实践成果,学生的社会道德伦理、协同创新和自主学习能力得到了明显的提高,为工科高校创新人才培养提供了积极的实践平台和创新理论依据。
Narrow professional education hinders the innovation of engineering colleges and the all-around talents training. This paper briefly analyzes the meaning of classified recruitment and puts on the education reform practice in electrical engineering specialty that includes general education for one and a half years and professional education for two and a half years. The practice results are given and the social ethics, collaborative innovation and autonomous learning ability of the students have been significantly improved. And it provides a practice platform and positive theory basis for talents training innovation of engineering colleges.
