摘要
为了实现电动机的故障准确诊断,采集故障信息数据是十分重要的环节.传统的数据采集方法通常只能采集到较为简单的信号且精度不高,不利于对故障原因进行准确的分析.针对此问题,利用MPS-060602数据采集卡和ICP加速度振动传感器实现电动机滚动轴承内圈、外圈和滚动体故障下振动信号的采集,利用阿尔泰USB5936数据采集卡、S1106I交流电流信号隔离变送器、0~50A电流互感器构成电动机电流的采集电路,实现电动机转子正常与断条情况下的三相电流的数据采集.获得的实验数据为后续的电动机故障特征提取奠定良好的基础.
In order to achieve an accurate fault diagnosis of the motor, fault information data collecting is a very important step. Traditional methods are usually simple and of low accuracy, and not conducive to accurate analysis of the reasons for failure. To solve this problem, we use MPS-060602 data acquisition card and ICP accelerometers to acquire vibration fault signal under motor rolling bearing inner ring, outer ring and rolling fault. Ahai USB5936 data acquisition card, $1106I alternating current signal isolation transmitter, and 0 ~50A current transformers are used to constitute the acquisition circuit of motor current, acquire three-phase current data of the normal and broken rotor bars. Experimental data obtained for subsequent fault feature extraction of motor lay a good foundation for further acquisition.
