摘要
针对现有带式输送机纵向撕裂保护装置存在可靠性较低的问题,采用激光传感器检测,微控制器组合逻辑判断,设计出一种新型带式输送机纵向撕裂保护装置,解决了输送带纵向撕裂可靠性低的问题。
For the low reliability problem of longitudinal tear device for belt conveyor, a new type protection device of longitudinal tear for belt conveyor is designed by using a detection of laser sensor and combined logic judgment of micro controller ,so the low reliability problem of longitudinal tear device will be solved.
