摘要 了解了各种传感器原理、X光衰减原理之后对整个监测保护装置进行了研究设计,研制出了一种实用的、具有主动防御功能的带式输送机输送带纵向撕裂监测系统。系统对输送带运行状态进行实时监测,如输送带运行中发生异常时,系统会及时地使其停机并发出报警信号。通过对传感器的选型和对传感器输出信号的一系列硬件电路及软件的处理,达到了实用性、主动防御的设计目的。 Various sensors in study of principle,X-ray attenuation after whole principle of protection device to monitor study design,developed a practical,proactive defense capabilities with vertical tearing belt conveyor belt monitoring system.The system of tape running real-time monitoring,such as tape operation when an exception occurs,system in a timely manner to stop and alarm signal.Through selection of sensors and sensor output signal range of hardware circuitry and software processing to achieve a practical,active defense designed.
